RESTAURANTS:
1621 - Formerly the Clarist nuns´ dining room, a restaurant out of the traditional schemes that revolutions the gastronomic offer of Cartagena with exquisite gourmet cuisine and wine. You will find a fine selection of national and international dishes with a french touch, prepared by Executive Chef, Cyril Cheminot and his team. We also count with a wine cellar, an exclusive spot reserved for wine experts and lovers.

 El Claustro (cloister) - the restaurant has a typical brasserie atmosphere and fare. Patrons can enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner either buffet style or à la carte.

El Coro - named for its original use as the convent's choir, “El Coro” is an exclusive lounge bar offering signature cocktails, cigars and live music from Thursday to Saturday. It's also a preferred spot for reading during the day.
